Who decides who deserves housing?
Regardless of their past or circumstance; whether a person is born with a birth defect, committed a crime or fought in a war in Afghanistan; all people deserve safe and appropriate housing. Regardless of gender everyone deserves safe housing.
Shekinah Housing Services, Inc. is currently working with community partners to secure property and funding for our residential housing programs so to that we can provide stability for girls/women who have intellectual and mental illness, senior citizens that have been released from a correctional facility without family support, men who are living in unhealthy housing and female veterans who have a PTSD diagnosis.
